So one year post America and New Zealand, we found ourselves on another family road trip to the acclaimed RED CENTRE OF AUSTRALIA – that is Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park. Having been a destination our family has wanted to go to for the past decade, we jumped at the chance when Jetstar had a sale which landed us return tickets from Brisbane for $159 per person… and so our 5 day journey in the Red Centre began! (P.S. This post has been sitting in my drafts since 2019 and 3.5 years on I finally decided to post it…)

5 DAY ITINERARY
Personally, I felt that 5 days was ample time to explore both the neighbouring Kings Canyon, and make a few trips to the famous rock itself, giving us opportunities to see it in all different lights and personalities! The great thing about Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park is that there is a lot of flexibility in terms of how much time you want to spend and what you want to spend it on.
