Mr Funghi (125g Wagyu beef, local cheddar, crispy onion rings, pickles, sauteed mushrooms & onions, zippy tomato sauce) – $13.9

The good fat: Their latest addition to the menu is a 125g lamb patty burger, which was absolutely mouthwatering! Having never tried lamb in a burger before, I was quite skeptical at the beginning but the juiciness of the patty from the fattiness of the lamb, coupled with CRISPY ONION RINGS at the top was an excellent contrast of texture. The slaw was a refreshing touch. Multiple burgers also offer the classic, extra delicious 125g Wagyu burger, which is just the perfect portion size!

The bad fat: Definitely had too much sauce that made us reach for our water bottles very often. The suace was indeed flavoursome (and homemade) but a slight drizzle on it would have done the trick and allowed the rest of the meaty freshness to shine through.
