One of the tastiest, guiltless meals I’ve had

The good fat: The seasonings on the toppings and the rice are simply delicious! Not the slightest bit bland, the brown rice had hints of sweet and sourness, complementing the sweetness of the inari, slight spice of the mayo on the salmon and the furikake seasoning (sesame seeds, dried spices, garlic) on top. I loved the lightness of the egg and the smoothness of the avocado. The salmon was seared to perfection and the tuna sashimi was seasoned zestfully. A dash of the chewy and moist seaweed on the side rounded of a delicious and filling lunch. Not only is there a wide range of toppings to select from, they have a great range of pre-selected combos if you’re happy to go for a classic!

The bad fat: A simple dish so not much to criticise – but I would’ve loved the spicy mayo marinade on the salmon to be a bit more prominent.
